I think I have shin splints or something. My shins HURT this run and I just had to stop every like 500m or so? It was terrible, altering my stride didn't help.
Not sure what to do besides skip at least Sunday and try again next Wednesday
@electroCutie oh no! those suck SO MUCH, I used to get them a lot when I ran around in military boots as a teen (now I wear working boots, much better). Be gentle to yourself! Try walking at a normal pace when you feel them starting and perhaps try a shorter route next time.
