100 year old trees are just something you don't see in American cities or usually even suburbs

@electroCutie Used to live in downtown Charlottesville in a neighborhood that’s been there that long. And then I moved into an apartment in England in a building that’d been there for at least 200 years, nobody quite knew.

@electroCutie Depends on what kind of trees used to be there, whether or not someone relandscaped, etc., but I wouldn't put it past some of the trees in downtown CVille in the neighborhoods that were what counted for suburbs in the early and mid 1800s to date back that far.
