US programmers: Oh yeah we use Node jay ess on Docker orchestrated by Kubernetes and running on AWS.
US programmers: The GDPR is so full of jargon, what's a data controller, how is anyone supposed to implement this, I don't see the point.

To be fair, when I do a web search for Kubernetes I can read a summary and get an idea of what it is. When it comes to laws, words almost never mean what they sound like they mean, and the explanations and summaries use other words that don't mean what they normally would

@john Can't you find that if you search for GDPR data controller? It's not a particularly diffuse concept. (It's the entity that determines how and why personal data should be processed.)
IDK, it just doesn't seem like something that would be a problem to a technical person who can read, understand, and implement other complex specifications.
