naive question, news sources, anxiety

Where do you go to read news? I usually have to avoid news due to anxiety, but I also don't want to be isolated. It's also pretty much impossible to avoid biases in news sources. But how to stay somewhat informed without wading into lots of sources for hours, accidentally reading anything and everything? Maybe there's no easy answer to this, but what do you usually do?

@aeki I have an RSS reader and put some categories of news from some websites into it. For example I put SVTs local news for Västerbotten into it. Many websites still offer RSS feeds but it seems browsers don't help you discover it any more. :|
So I have that one program that I check now and then, which pulls in stuff from my chosen sources.

@aeki You aren't alone in this difficulty :/

@aeki I don't think there's an easy answer, I think it's part of being human and navigating how much to trust parts of your environment
